Running a Successful Coaching Business – 2 day course

Successful coaches have one thing in common…they’re also successful business people. This two-day course gives new and existing coaches an insight into everything they need to know to get their business off the ground – and help it to fly!

When:   16th – 17th May 2011
Venue:  Leeds
Time:    9am – 5pm

Cost: £400 per delegate – a proportion of course fees may be available for funding – please ask for more details when booking.

Running a Successful Coaching Business uses a mix of theory and practical, hands on exercises to ensure delegates get exactly what they need to set up and run a successful coaching business.

Day 1 concentrates on defining your business and covers areas such as:
• The current state of play in the coaching market
• What you can offer and who to
• Defining your personal brand
• Defining your corporate brand

 Day 2 builds on Day 1 and offers practical help on areas such as:
• Promoting your offering
• Charging for your services
• Setting up your company
• Carrying out your work
• The future for your business

 However, course content is flexible and delegates are encouraged to interact and ask questions to ensure they gain all the insight they need.  The course includes a full delegate pack, with additional resources, as well as refreshments including a buffet lunch (dietary requirements  should be noted when booking).

Zulfi Hussain, CEO of Global Synergy Solutions (GSS), author and internationally recognised speaker in the specialist areas of social enterprise, entrepreneurship, coaching and mentoring. He has contributed to a range of programmes across sectors as a coach and mentor for organisations including BT, ITV, Leeds Ahead, National Grid, and the NHS. Zulfi is also a former chairman of the EMCC.

 

Zandra Moore, founder and Director of Salescake and a qualified sales coach.  Currently the Vice Chairman for the Institute of Directors (IoD) in West Yorkshire, she is a qualified member of the CIPD and EMCC.  Zandra was formerly Business Development Director for PB Coaching and Sales Director for Simply Personnel. 

 

Jennifer Holloway, founder of Spark and an executive coach specialising in personal branding.  Formerly Head of Media Relations for Skipton Building Society, she is well-versed in using  PR and marketing to promote a business.  Jennifer has also appeared on national TV and radio and is a seasoned business presenter.
